1. Bookings & Enquiries
1.1 Accommodation Bookings
- Accommodation can be booked by deposit or full payment.
- Deposits secure your booking. The remaining balance may be paid via an email payment link or in person on the day of your stay.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by The Canary Yacht.
1.2 Event Hire Enquiries
- Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability.
- Event bookings are confirmed after discussion with our team and written confirmation.
- Payment terms for events will be agreed upon after completing the enquiry form or discussing details by phone/email.
2. Payments & Deposits
- Payment for accommodation or events must be made in the method specified by us.
- Deposits for accommodation are non-refundable, and full payment is due by the agreed method.
- Payment for events is agreed on a case-by-case basis.
- Once a payment is received, it is non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law (e.g., statutory rights for goods/services not provided).
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Accommodation or event bookings cannot be refunded once payment is taken, except in cases required under UK law.
- Guests are encouraged to contact us promptly if they are unable to attend, but we do not provide voluntary refunds.
- The Canary Yacht reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, mechanical issues, extreme weather). In such cases, payments will be refunded in full.
4. Guest Conduct & Safety
- All guests and event attendees must behave responsibly and comply with yacht rules, health and safety regulations, and staff instructions.
- A safety agreement must be signed by all attendees before accessing the yacht.
- We reserve the right to refuse access or remove anyone for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Canary Yacht is not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or injury arising from use of the yacht or website
- Loss of personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your accommodation or event.

- You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
- Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
- We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
